An idea is to make an indoor light fixture charged off the sun during the day. Any suggestions?

The light fixture can be left to charge by the window indoor and activated at dusk.

You’re in luck , they do sell such a thing but I’m not sure who or where they sell them , I’m sure you can go online and find out , check on solar panel or solar power, that’s probably easier and cheaper than installing skylights which bring in natural light to the house ,
